At Sun Carvers, each stained glass piece is handcrafted using glass, solder, metal framing, and other materials commonly used in traditional stained glass art. Due to the nature of these materials, our products should be handled and displayed with care.

By purchasing and using any product from Sun Carvers, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Decorative Use Only
Sun Carvers stained glass pieces are intended for decorative purposes only. They are not designed to be hung in a moving vehicle. Customers whom do so do it at their own discretion and assume all associated risks. They are not designed to be used as structural components, safety glass, toys, or in any application where breakage could result in injury or damage.

2. Fragile Materials
Glass is inherently fragile and may break if dropped, struck, bent, or exposed to excessive pressure or temperature changes. Broken glass may create sharp edges that can cause injury. Customers are responsible for handling and displaying all items safely.

3. Installation and Display
Customers are responsible for ensuring that stained glass pieces are properly and securely installed or displayed. Sun Carvers is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper hanging, mounting, installation, or placement.

4. Children and Pets
Stained glass products should be kept out of reach of children and pets unless securely installed. Small parts, solder, or broken glass may pose potential hazards.

5. Natural Variations
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. These variations are normal and are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted stained glass.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Carvers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, installation, handling, or breakage of our products after delivery.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a product from Sun Carvers, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer.
