Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations unless otherwise stated.
