2. Are your stained glass pieces handmade?
Yes. Each piece is individually handcrafted and made to order, which means your item is created specifically after your order is placed. Because of this process, no two pieces are exactly the same. Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of the charm of handmade stained glass.

3. What materials do you use?
Our stained glass pieces are made using high-quality glass, solder, and metal framing using traditional stained glass techniques.

4. Where can I display my stained glass piece?
Most customers hang their pieces in windows, sunrooms, or bright indoor spaces where sunlight can shine through the glass. They can also be displayed on stands or wall hooks.

5. Are the pieces safe to hang in a window?
Yes, when properly supported with secure hooks, suction cups, or hardware designed for stained glass. We recommend hanging pieces from sturdy window frames rather than attaching them directly to glass.

6. Do you offer custom designs?
Custom orders may be available depending on availability. If you have a specific design, color palette, or theme in mind, please contact us to discuss your idea.

7. How fragile are stained glass pieces?
Stained glass is fragile and should be handled carefully. Dropping or striking the piece may cause it to break. Always handle with care during installation and cleaning.

8. How do I clean my stained glass?
Use a soft cloth and mild glass cleaner or water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, or soaking the piece in water.

9. Do you ship your products?
Yes. All items are handmade to order before shipping and carefully packaged to protect the glass during transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Return policies may vary depending on the item. Because each piece is handmade to order, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. Please review our Return Policy or contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
